Do I lose my car’s official warranty if I have it serviced here?
No. Under European law (Regulation 461/2010) you can have your vehicle maintained at any independent garage without losing the manufacturer’s official warranty, as long as the brand’s specifications are followed.
Do you give a quote before repairing?
Yes, always. We inspect your car and give you a fixed quote before carrying out any work. If we find an extra fault during the repair, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to ask for your approval.
Do you offer appointments and help with the MOT?
Yes. We carry out the pre-MOT check to make sure the car passes without problems and, if you prefer, we can even take your vehicle to the MOT station for you.
Is a courtesy car available while mine is being repaired?
We have courtesy cars subject to availability. Ask us when booking your appointment and we will reserve one for you with no obligation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, cash and Bizum. We also offer financing options for larger repairs.
