What data we process

This website has no registration forms and does not accept online orders. We only process the data you choose to send us when you call us, write to us on WhatsApp or send us an email.

The web server also logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type and pages visited) solely to keep the service running and to prevent attacks.

Why and on what legal basis

The data you send us is used to answer your enquiry, arrange your visit to the workshop and provide the service you have requested. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the pre-contractual measures.

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We do not install our own or third-party cookies to track your browsing.

The only information stored in your browser is your language preference, kept in the browser’s own local storage (localStorage). You can delete it at any time from your browser settings: it is never sent to a server and never shared with third parties.

The Google Maps map on the contact page is an external service: when it loads, Google may install its own cookies. You can block or delete them from your browser settings.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to answer your request or to maintain the business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@tallerestimmie.com.

If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
